Each party is different, we have a range of packages but if you want to personalise your party and length of the hire you can contact us for a personalised quote.

All our prices and packages are based on a hire period of three hours. If you wish to hire our equipment for longer, please contact us to discuss your individual requirements and were possible we will try our best to accommodate.

Yes, as long as our equipment is kept inside and secure you can hire overnight. We do charge additionally for this, so  please contact us to discuss if this is something you wish to add on to your party.

We hire out white soft play, white bouncy castles,  bubble house and sweet cart for children's parties, baby showers, christenings, weddings and more!

Our soft play is recommended for children under 6 due to safety reasons and for full enjoyment.

to secure your booking a payment of 50% of your total invoice is due. The final 50% is due 1 week prior to your party. However you can pay this at the time of booking if you wish to do so.

Yes, a deposit of £50 for all parties under £250 and £100 for parties over. This deposit is held until after your event, and released back to you upon collection of our party equipment in good clean condition.

If our items are mistreated,  left extremely dirty, stained or damaged during your hire period you will be liable to pay for replacements and/or cleaning fees.

This depends on the package hired. 

At time of booking we will advise you of the time we need to setup and to pack away at the end of your party.

Yes, if you are hiring one of our bouncy castles, inflatable slide or bubble house you will need an electric supply within the 20 meters of your chosen setup area.

Yes, off course! As long as the weather is ok and the ground is not wet or muddy!

Please note we are not able to setup our bouncy castles or inflatable slide on artificial grass or pavements. These items can only be used on real grass.

Unfortunately no. To comply with HSE requirements we would need just under a tonne of sandbags, which is not feasible. On a safety note, if anyone is offering to set up outdoors with sandbags, their insurance wont be valid- don't use them!

Yes, sadly the British weather is unpredictable and we would. hate to have to cancel our set up for you if its raining, muddy or wind speed is over 20mph.

All our soft play can be personalised with additional colours such as ball colours, along with your party theme. 

Please contact us to discuss and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Yes, off course! They are yours to keep or we can take them away during collection of hired equipment if you do not want them after your party.

We only charge delivery outside of a 15mile radius of Andover, Hampshire. This will be charged at time of booking. If you would like a personalised quote please contact us to discuss.

We ensure all our equipment is cleaned before, during and after every setup. 

Yes!  we are fully insured and all our bouncy castles meet UK standards and are PIPA Tested. If you or your venue would like a copy of our certificates please let us know and we can send this over.

Sadly, no. Face paint damages our softplay equipment and it is impossible to clean, so if you are looking to book with us please make sure there is no face paint.

Yes. But we do ask for a holding deposit which will be refunded on the day of your event once we  have collected our equipment. 

We have a number of items suitable for adult use, including our 12ft white ballpit and 15ft white bouncy castle.
